So sorry to have missed this! You are my favorite chef of all time...you make the best prok chops & sauteed cabbage ON THE PLANET!! We knew you at the Red Electric...life has not been the same since you've gone...One time you were able to use vegtables from my garden in the nightly salad special - that made me feel so good! Hope all is well with you!

ReplyDeletejust saw a rerun of the show and I'm completely shock that Barbara would remotely think that it's okay to cook with a bleeding cut. Her weak attempt to cover the cut is beyond me. She discards the gloves and proceeded to toss the salad.... I will stay as far away from anywhere she's allowed to be in a kitchen. Barbara for real are you that careless and to have this seen on national TV.
ReplyDeleteI agree. Barbara esmonde you are disgusting. And that's why I don't watch chopped anymore. I wouldn't have tasted her food at all. She should be never be able to cook again. Why would you keep cooking with a bloody finer? And yet you continued to toss their salad.
